YOUR.AI is an innovative and ambitious Erasmus+ project which brings together the expertise of organisations in Italy, Poland, Austria and The Netherlands. Its objective is to empower young people in the cultural and creative sector with AI training packages.
More specifically, the two-year project aims at developing digital literacy among young artists and youth workers, especially those from marginalised backgrounds, equipping them with skills that are essential in today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, and providing new opportunities for creative expression and career development. We want to foster skills that combine creativity with digital literacy, enabling young artists to effectively incorporate AI tools into their work without replacing their unique artistic expression, and protecting their intellectual property while enabling them to use AI tools to their own advantage.

WHAT IS THE GOAL?
The central point of the project is the promotion of inclusivity, contrasting barriers to education and employment with the development of AI training packages for youth workers and young artists with ethical standards and copyright issues in mind.
YOUR.AI’s objectives are:
- To equip youth workers and young artists with innovative tools and methodologies to support the use and knowledge of AI technologies.
- To provide young people from marginalised backgrounds with pivotal technical and digital literacy skills & strengthening the employability of young people working in the creative field, with special regard on supporting those coming from disadvantaged backgrounds.
TANGIBLE OUTPUTS
By the project’s end, YOUR.AI aims to produce tangible outputs:
- AI Training Packages for Young Artists
- AI Training Packages for Youth Workers
- Over 100 AI-integrated artworks by young creatives
- A transnational virtual exhibition
- A Comprehensive e-learning platform that will continue to support digital literacy in the arts long after the project’s completion.

Cooperativa Sociale FOLIAS (Italy)
The lead organisation is FOLIAS, a social enterprise with over 25 years of experience in supporting marginalised communities in Italy. FOLIAS has a long history of creating educational programmes, promoting social inclusion and empowering vulnerable groups, and is committed to using culture and creativity as tools for social change, making them the ideal leader for this initiative.
BildungsLAB – Hands&Minds Learning Center (Austria)
BildungsLAB, based in Vienna, specialises in lifelong learning and social inclusion. The organization has extensive experience in creating hands-on learning experiences and promoting artistic and cultural education.
QUALITY CULTURE SRLS (Italy)
Based in Milan, Quality Culture is an ed-tech SME specialising in digitalisation, social inclusion, and sustainability. Their experience in developing e-learning platforms, managing dissemination strategies, and creating engaging digital content will be crucial for YOUR.AI’s success. Quality Culture has been involved in several EU-funded projects, focusing on empowering marginalized groups through digital education. They will lead the development of YOUR.AI’s e-learning platform and oversee the dissemination of project results to maximise impact.
Fundacja FOTON (Poland)
Located in the Podlaskie region of Poland, FOTON focuses on educating young people in digital competencies, robotics, and artificial intelligence. The foundation runs workshops, develops e-learning programs, and provides technical support to help communities adapt to the digital age. FOTON’s innovative approach to programming and AI training has reached diverse audiences, from children to NGOs. Within YOUR.AI, FOTON will share its expertise in AI tools and digital learning, ensuring the project delivers high-quality training tailored to the needs of young creatives.
Fundacja ARTeria (Poland)
Founded in 2006 and based in Zabrze, ARTeria is a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting artists, creatives, and local communities through education, cultural activities, and international collaboration. ARTeria is known for exploring the intersection of culture, ecology, and innovation, and they have led numerous projects that enhance the entrepreneurial and digital skills of creatives. With a focus on gender equality and sustainability, ARTeria will play a key role in shaping YOUR.AI’s training courses and virtual exhibition. Their deep involvement in European networks like Culture Action Europe will amplify the project’s reach and impact.
